Another thing is before cases reach police headquarters and DSS, they've already been tracking you for a while and only need clarification based on what they've gotten. If you lie, then you have given them reason to doubt what they think.

I chat them up without them chatting me, infact I use it more since the update because it helps me avoid getting charged Incase I change my mind about going on the trip. I also use it to negotiate for a better fare if the rider vibe well on chat.

The destination thing has been there for a very long time. It's useless IMO.
