Both of them are right to some extent...the governors in it's arrogated powers is controlling the local government and the federal government on the other hand, with the huge allocation in their disposal, has fail to protect lives and property which is their primary duty, due to nepotism, bigotry and profligacy which ensures the unbearable condition of the common man... all I can say is that Nigeria is too big for black men to rule.. 65 Likes 3 Shares |

Who else has seen that video of some women and young men carrying guns, singing and dancing around. Whenever the issue of self defense is raise they'll kick against but will prefer to release whooping sums as ransom. Nigeria will never happen to me or anyone close to me again. Very anyhow country with anyhow people... 32 Likes 3 Shares |

Akeredolu is right, very sensible in his submission but you see Malami? He is an agent of darkness and destruction of Nigeria. Now the question is, can Tinubu restructure Nigeria like Akeredolu is asking for if he emerges winner of 2023 Presidential polls? Let the best win. If I were Nigerians, I would elect Peter Obi and Labour Party to become President in 2023, so that it will be easy to impeach him if he fails to deliver on his campaign promises since Labour Party doesn't have much representation at the upper and lower house of assembly. Nigerians can't control someone like Tinubu or Atiku if they decide to follow Buhari's evil path. Nigerian youths, use your wisdom. Nigeria is the only country most of you have, the rich, the politicians you are standing on their wicked mandate and their families all have second and third countries citizenship to depend on after Nigeria is destroyed. More harm to dying Nigeria that Buhari destroyed will lead to final internment of the country called Nigeria. Wake up youths. Vote without tribal sentiment 51 Likes 3 Shares |

Look at the lame argument, that Malami man is giving. Makes no sense at all. The truth is, as long as the fulanis remain in power, they will never agree to restructuring, talk less of secession. How can a parasite agree to its termination by its host? In 2023, make it count by voting right. 49 Likes 2 Shares |

Restructuring shouldn't still be a topic now The case had been in court and due for ruling, but the powered that be from the north gave seen that they will be left behind and are delaying the judgment and trying hard to frustrate the process by setting up committees to resolve peacefully something that has already been resolved, especially that of tax collection But I urge the southern governor's to stand firm and press for what we believe in. Thanks to Akeredoku for his contributions so far and to Wike too, who also co engineered this They shouldn't tire out now that there are little flashes of success Nigeria must be restructured to function 20 Likes 1 Share |

Nothing dey fear Northern oligarchs like the word "restructuring". They can’t imagine having to work and generate revenue by themselves. They don’t know that it will help grow every part of Nigeria. 37 Likes 2 Shares |

Malami should stop arguing with elders who know better than him. But why have governors decided to kill local government authority? It is part of the reasons Nigerians are suffering misgovernance. 17 Likes |

JAMO4REAL1:They can't claim that the Amotekun isn't doing anything. I've seen loads of ammunition intercepted by these people some think aren't doing anything. These were meant for use on our people down south. Prior to the owo attack, there was an intelligence report from same Amotekun that fulanis were going to attack but the government downplayed it because their primary election was coming. Usually, aketi wouid have shouted as usual and ordered all the amotekun amd security personnel to be on alert. Instead, they were busy planning on how to elect Tinubu at the primaries....what a selfish move. Our politicians are evil. Please let's join hands to send them packing . Enough of seeing white and be calling it red. Vote obi for a better Nigeria. Go get your pvc now in case you dont have one already! 15 Likes |

Unfortunately, Restructuring is the sole solution to this current problem Nigeria face. This problem is not about an individual, it's about the system. As long as we continue this way, we shouldn't expect serious turnaround. 114 Likes |

Good, such debate is what is most needed now. I think the FG should further bring down it responsibilities while equally ensuring that the L.G.A are not suffocated by the state as it is currently. Truth be told, the current system doesn't encourage the best hands to get on board while it equally reduces the effectiveness of those who are in. Until it is restructured to allow healthy competition for true development among regions, state & L.G.A. we will keep having religious, ethnic & tribal politics as a tool for distracting the people as looting go on. 6 Likes |

Aketi is a dubious criminal all these nonsense na for selfish interest. you can't have public interest on mind and support Tinubu. we won't be deceived the youths are coming they have no manifestos to campaign with apart from their usual old tribalism and tribal card tactics. But we'll remind them that tribalism won't bring back dollars to at least 400 tribalism won't bring back fuel to 95 naira tribalism won't send our undergraduates back to school. tribalism won't fix our security. tribalism won't develop our economy. since suffering knows no tribe or religion, since we're suffering together irrespective of our tribe and religion, it's also fair if we get it right together by sending thieves and those who thinks they can rape Nigeria TURN by TURN. Enough is Enough!!! 2023 will be the youths vs the criminals it won't be business as usual. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Devolution of power is key to local development and sustainability. Federal govt should do that as quick as possible. The state governors should also give the LGA their autonomy for their developmental accessibility to funds. So both federal and state governors are guity here. 11 Likes |

dre11: Restructuring: the present 36 states and Abuja political structure of Nigeria was created by Arewa military dictators. The structure empowers Arewa politicians to lord it over all in Nigeria. The same Arewa politicians have found every excuse to refuse political restructuring of Nigeria democratically. Arewa has been playing this hide and seek game over the needed political restructuring of Nigeria, waiting till proceeds from crude oil and gas stops flowing from the Niger Delta into federal government coffers. 7 Likes |
