Yeah, not rocket science but what’s stated on paper is quite different from what obtains in the real world especially if you don’t have the proof of address.
Or how do you get a proof of address to use when you don’t even have accommodation?

Perhaps when applying for TB test,try to let them know it is Urgent

How many months would it be by July? If it won't expire before or immediately after visa is issued, then you can apply.
