No series in this world has better Foreshadowing or a more detailed and connected Timeline than One Piece No fucking series!!! All the amount of foreshadowing in that series ehn... Several decades long foreshadowing... The current 4 Emperors of the sea were foreshadowed 20 years ago when most were nowhere near Emperor level... That's what happens when you plan a story from start to end before you even publish... so much foreshadowing that takes decades in the show.

Luffy finally an Emperor. What qualities buggy as Emperor tho? Some said influence and men, what men? All this followers are folders. Isn't it better not to have men than to have men that are folders? Doffy or katakuri would beat the shit outta buggy. I want to go with the assumption that he got a power up somehow, I don't want to believe he was made Emperor because of influence and territories. |

All his followers believe he's Yonko level...he has many prisoners from Impel down following and worshipping him Civilians too fear his name... Plus his connections with Roger and Shanks also plays a role... |

cColumbus: There are a lot of "top-notch" anime that still have those "childish" tropes that you dislike so much. It would be useful to mention some of the anime you've watched and what you didn't like about them. However, since you emphasized on not liking "childish" stuff, I'll just recommend some good anime that don't have those usual "childish" tropes that normies dislike. 1. Erased 2. Monster 3. Attack on Titan 4. Psycho-Pass 5. Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (give it at least 3 eps) |

Baddestguyp: Don't be fooled by appearances! The moe art style was intentionally chosen to cover up a darker story. Madoka Magica is a deconstruction of the magical girl anime genre. First it lures the viewer into a false sense of safety with a cutesy moe tone and aesthetic only to pull the rug from underneath your feet leaving you free falling into heavy subject matter—and boy does it get heavy. |

New cover for Final season volume 3: Last chapter is titled: "Towards the tree on that Hill" It's expected that the final episode will also be titled same.
