As a Governor, he doesn't have the right to invest state's funds in Sabmiller he brought into the country and being a shareholder.
Oga as Governor of Anambra state he has all the rights in the world to invest Anambra state funds in whatever venture he believes will be profitable to the state.

A Governor of is CEO of a state and has absolutely control over the running of the finance of the state.

He said he invested $30m state fund in intl brew which has turned to $100m as at the time they conducted the interview & the money belonged to Anambra state 100% as he's not taking a kobo from the profit generated so far

Also, on issue of next is share & not that he pumped the money into his family business. Shares doesn't mean you dash someone money but you invested someone money into another person business
