EIGHTEEN candidates will be jostling for the governorship seat at the June 18 gubernatorial election in Ekiti state, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) has shown.

Out of the 16 candidates vying for the governorship seat, 14 of them are male while two are female.

This poll will be a litmus test to 2023 general election.I learnt that ballot papers/results sheets of each local government have different colour. Rigging will be very difficult.
It's a battle ground.
We have all know that the election in Ekiti was won via vote buying. This is an indication that a lot of people are still ignorant. Say no to vote buying...dem no hear, now how many of them who collected money yesterday is proud to be having 10k in his or her own account now.
