He called after missing my call that he saw the transaction I made and told me the time exactly, he wasn’t in Lagos that day and his boy probably attended to the customer. It was a cash withdrawal. The guy withdrew the cash I paid and it might be difficult to catch. He said to send him the guys number as he will go to the police and also report to Opay.

Wow!! He called that he lounge the complaint at his place but the police said he should go to the police station at ikeja where the Transaction took place....
