I will suggest that Peter Obi and Kwankwaso should swear a binding agreement.

Peter Obi becomes the President now and Kwankwaso becomes the Vice President for only 1 term of 4 years. After 4 years, Kwankwaso becomes the new President and the Vice President becomes Peter Obi or any other person appointed Peter Obi.

We have to be realistic here. Kwankwaso is actually too influential to be the Vice President of Peter Obi, but for the sake of equity and fairness to the South East, let it be so for only one tenure.
