Yes, get an envelope and put the following inside and take to DHL office.
put two photocopies of your passport data page
your yellow or white biometrics slip
passport request letter
consent form downloaded and signed
Print out receipts of the 7430 naira.
Note: you are signing just the second page of the consent form
passport itself
one plain sheet of paper where you can write your address and phone number .
Note: If you did biometrics in Lagos and want to send to Lagos , no fees is paid to VFS. But If you did biometrics in Lagos and want to send to Abuja , you are paying 7430 to CANADA LOGISTIC COLLECTION ACCOUNT (a/c no 0065165839) sterling bank.

Thank you for your response, but I mean this person is my blood brother, but our family name is spelled as " folorunsho" but some of my brother's documents which I have with me I notice the family name been spelled as "folorunso", so am asking if the V.O officer will not see that as inconsistency in the family name? State it in your SOP that /sh/ is an old form of Yoruba and is the same as /s/-diacritic. |
