The law states that every state must be represented in the federal cabinet( ministerial appointments). If you check those that resigned, their states are replaced with the new nominees.

Honestly with your active comments on political matters, I would have thought you know this basic constitutional requirements but I was wrong. Let’s not play to the gallery at every given opportunity.
