Well, Gov Ugwuanyi has shown competence though but should have allowed the smooth rotation of senatorial seat in Nsukka. This shows that the average Igbo man, East of the Niger has barely seen anybody that bears Ossai, meaning the name is uncommon around them

come and do census of people that bear ossai in ezimo, orba, enugu ezike, obollo, igugu and ibagwa aka. I was surprised when i discovered that prof joseph abugu is from delta state. Abugu is clearly an Enugu Ezike name.
