It was a frustrating experience for me as well but I eventually got July 15 and that is a long time from now, my advice is that you just choose the earliest time you see, because the date may keep shifting forward

The problem now is that the page is requesting for a new passport as my passport with expire January 2023. The message on the page is that my passport will expire less than 6months before the start of my programme.

I already captured for a new passport but as usual no booklet. I am just so confused on what to do next now.

Get to immigration office and do all you can to get your new passport ASAP, otherwise, you might not meet up with CAS shield deadline, as the link is usually opened for a short timeframe

Did you give a personal or work reference?

If it's personal that's fine,
If it is work and you become a student you might need to inform your friend to update a new reference with someone else

The school i applied to requested for affidavit which I provided.

I already have my CAS.... It was given to me immediately after the school confirmed my Initial deposit of £2,000.

My delay is just the maturity of POF which is 13th July.

NB you might have to choose assisted service instead of self service since your POF wouldn’t be ready when filling the application

Someone applied for work visa..and its been more than 4 weeks..
SLA ia 3 weeks
People they applied together already got theirs visa less than 3 weeks at the same ikeja...
No NSF mail..
They refused to respond to paid mail even after 6 working days...

Have you ever seen a case where ukvi lost someone's passport.??

Is there anything else to do at this point...the nigga is going bonkers
