I’m back again. This TLS is becoming much more of a hassle than I could have ever imagined. I’ve booked for I and the kids and yet to book for the MA. The time slots aren’t opening and I’m at my wits end at the moment.

Does anyone have a hack for TLS Ikeja? Do they accept Walk ins? Any information will be most appreciated.

Looks like we are in this delima together. The site is not user friendly at all. Can even navigate my way on it. They will just put SOLD on one date and the rest will be blank. Please what can we do guys ? Because it looks rush hour have started

I just sent a complaint mail to them via their platform. We can all do the same to bring their attention to the glitch in the system.

On your TLC portal, click on at top right hand corner the three line.

click on HELP and it will direct you to Customer Help Center

Type appointment in the search space

Click on How do I book my appointment

Scrow down to more information and click

it will take you to a mail section where your register email and GWF to register your complaints.

I can’t just understand what kind of system is this .. after paying for Visa fees, appointments for your visa na war.

Nobody but God and all good people here assisting with great response. Journey started oct with Oxford Brooke’s, denied me CAS after deposit because of my previous refusal.

Applied to Uni of Northampton, paid deposit in March via Black market and got CAS late April.

Biometric : May 11
NSF : June 7 requesting my Birth certificate because I used my mom Bank statement. Then one Uncle here that think he works with UKVI said I will be refused if I provide birth certificate that wasn’t signed by Deputy registrar or if I try to apply for new Birth certificate because I couldn't find the old one. I just ignored and stayed positive because it’s not every advise here you have to listen to. Well God never fails, I went to local government that my birth was registered and they gave me a new one. I guess UKVI have their way of verifying authenticity of documents wether it’s signed by deputy general or not.

Sent paid email June 17th
Decision made response
Transferred to VAC June 21
Collection mail June 22

For those waiting for Admission, Form A debit, CAS and Visa application decision. It will surely end with praise for y’all.

Don't know if this applies but my sis' application had this same issue of inability to pick a date. Was using a laptop but couldn't get suitable date for biometrics, infact they weren't clickable. I left it and then checked back around 1 am using my phone and I was able to get a date in first week of July. So you guys should try using your phones. This was last Friday though.

Just keep checking regularly. On Monday I saw appointment date for June (self not even assisted or those ones with charges) when I was trying to see if I can change her appointment date to be same with her dependants as their appointments are two days apart.

Others in the locker of booking appointments should ensure to send a ma for them to know how urgent.

Immigration said they can't do anything that I should come back in a month's time since I just captured last month. I am just sad ☹️
