Hello, please I'm in a similar situation. I'll like to know how did you manage to pay a new visa fee after cancelling your original appointment?

I tried canceling my original appointment date, and paying a new visa fee, in order to apply for a new expedited date, as I've already used my first expedited date without success, but it's not going through. It's still showing my old payment. How do I resolve this?

I'll appreciate any tips I can get from you, as my resumption date is less than 2 months from now. Anybody else that has any information or tips about this type of situation should help me please.

Thanks.

I have similar situation but I resolved it by calling the Call Centre representative who then escalated the issue to authority concerned. Ensure you have your old MRV fee reference number and the new MRV fee reference number at hand when you intend to make the call.

Start by saying that, "I applied for EA and was rejected but you paid for another MRV fee but the emergency request button is not coming up on your dashboard reflecting new payment of MRV. Then call both the old MRV ref no and the New MRV ref no." That should help.
Regards

Please can you highlight some of the advantages that comes with having a GRE result and what's the validity period for it. Thank you

It's either you're being lazy or funny because it seems you don't want to take the test.

No Professor will give you a fully funded offer (zero deficit I-20) in place of a better applicant that has taken the test.

Not taking any standardized tests is you deliberately limiting yourself (especially STEM applicants). The GRE is the universal equalizer.

However, if you get your visa approved with or without it, then that's all that count.

Validity: 5years.

Thanks for the reply.

I did contact them. This wad the reason for denial; "Your projected debt burden at the time of graduation exceeds our risk limits". I then called them to explain what that meant. They told me that my aftet graduation, I may not be able to pay off the loan because of my course of study (MPH). Probably because people that read such courses don't have a good employment after all? I really don't know. But that was what I was told.

But personally, I also think my inability to submit my sponsor support letter with statement of account made them to deny me.

I have tried to appeal the decision. They told me I could attach the sponsor support letter and statement of account but that won't guarantee me anything
sorry bro, but while filling the application which location (country) did you put as your post graduation work destination?

Please I need your help, I gained admission at Rowan University in the US for a Master in Data Science for Fall Session.

However, I need a sponsor to submit an account statement of N20 million for my i20 to be issued. Without the i20, I can't apply for a student visa. I have tried possible means of getting a sponsor, but nothing yet.

Kindly help.

And how best can I answer if I'm asked how my stay will not affect my job. Gurus in the house kindly help me to answer

Thank you

Actually sir it not like I don't want to sit for the test. Am just looking at the cost, considering my financial capacity.

However, thank you for your comment. I shall take your word at heart.

Hello Everyone,

I'm new here.
My EA application was denied today. My program start date is 17th Aug 2022 and my current appointment date is Dec 2022. I need help on how I can secure a regular appointment date before my resumption.

I will appreciate it if I can be added to any group so I can get updates on visa date(s) availability.

Thank you.

I have heard people who got full funding without taking the GRE test.
Ensure you write to the graduate coordinator and advisors in the schools you are applying to and they can even give you an application fee waiver.
But hope your GPA is high enough also get a strong reference letter and ensure your Personal Statement stands out. Avoid plagiarism, make it personal.
Good luck!
