The parcel enter Nigeria on April 11 and by April 16, it shows received by local delivery. Up till now, order, I no see. I have shaa opened dispute and my money has been refunded.

From my little knowledge, the watch word there is "INBOUND" it means your parcel has being received and would soon be ready for delivery.

You should see "OUTBOUND" on the next tracking update. That means your parcel is on its way to your local post office in your state.

If your item is still in the country of origin (China) then it hasn't left the country.
