Well, he's decided to fill in the higher education slots. His education was confirmed by Chicago too. It's enough.

Meanwhile, Dale isn't like Nigeria secondary school. It's a higher school of learning.

One thing you keep falling to realise is a primary 6 school certificate is something that can be easily lost because it's not often one of the requirements provided in the university and during job application. After awhile, you wouldn't even know where you kept it.
