I love pawpaw, but you can't rely on one fruit. If you are eating only one fruit all the time, it will become less effective in giving you results that you want. So the mixture is the best: if you eat one fruit today, change to another one tomorrow or two days later.

I have never seen a man that loves fruits with the whole of his life and soul like my dad. Even when the trees in our compound is dry with fruits,my dad will rather have us or himself buy from others. Out of all my siblings na only me wey no like fruit that much. Well I can go with guava, orange, pineapple, carrots and mangoes. My worst fruits are( I called them worst cos I always react to them maybe because of the enzymes in them,I don't know) are watermelon, cucumber, garden eggs and anything pear.

Those days in ibadan, ogbomosho mangoes battled with Sherri mangoes.
Ogbomosho mangoes usually triumphed commercially tho.

These days u eat mangoes and get stomach cramps.

U eat bananas that melt just hours after storing them.

U buy avocados that are soft and hard on different areas.
