Not only that, he was never listed as part of old boy's association who naturally would have sought him out when Tinubu emerged as Governor.

But even as an elected serving Governor, the same old Boy's association never led a delegation to meet Tinubu, canvass for his membership or even recognise him as a past student.

This is to show you that the calibre of the old boy's association could never be bought by Tinubu to validate his fraud.

It is from their grumbles that Gani took up the gauntlet to drag Tinubu to court . The case was thrown out on technical grounds argued by Osinbanjo before one of Tinubu's crooked justices .

Tinubu thinks by omitting his earlier perjury and submitting an empty affidavit not naming the schools attended over his phantom missing certificates, that he is home clear based on the earlier case of perjury filed in a civil suit by Gani being thrown out on technical grounds.

What the idiot doesn't know is that civil suits are not like penal cases which can not be revisited after an acquittal.

As far as I know , Tinubu has not been charged to court over this blatant case of perjury by the authorities. Secondly, a civil suit can be refiled before a court of competent jurisdiction seeking the federal govt to investigate and prosecute Tinubu on forgery and also for a prayer seeking to disqualify him from further contesting the elections by making his presidential ambitions null and void.

The first line of action I would do as a lawyer is to seek further clarification from Tinubu based on his empty affidavit claims of missing certificate.

I will approach a competent court of law, demanding the affidavit incomplete and void over the deliberate omission of names of institutions and certificates , he (Tinubu) claimed got missing.

I will seek a court order and ruling demanding that Tinubu's original affidavit be rejected and he made to submit a new one citing names , dates, duration and qualifications claimed to have been obtained from his phantom missing certificates. I will pray to the court that Tinubu be made to comply within 30 days on the date of final ruling to submit a properly worded affidavit.
I will pray the court compel INEC to reject the earlier submitted affidavit and compel Tinubu to duly make available another substituting affidavit duly sworn before a court of law including the names, dates and duration of attendance and certificates attained therein.
