12Monkeys: Where did you get the information that he never attended those schools? Can you provide your evidence? Let’s even assume that he was disqualified by a court for perjury, how will Amaechi now become the candidate of the party? Make it make sense please. 2 Likes |

seunmsg: Amaechi being the second runner up at the APC primaries automatically gets the ticket. BAT's empty vague affidavit did not mention the certificates claimed to have been lost, the dates issued and the issuing body as well as the institutions attended in seeking said certificates. The affidavit deposited before a court and the omitted entries in his INEC form are a very lame attempt at committing perjury a third time again with INEC forms. Even his Chicago bought and paid for fake certificate can be declared void since he would have submitted a fake primary and secondary school certificate alongside WAEC to gain admission. If you think this is far fetched remember that overzealous anti graft appointee who headed the asset recovery team for the presidency who was chased out of office and is now battling to have his law degree not withdrawn after it came out that he used a fake waec result to secure admission to study law at UNIJOS? Same thing here. 1 Like 1 Share |

Realist12: Tinubu is a fraud and like all those who have been duped , it is hardest to convince the duped that they have been duped. Why did your Gbana lord not include names of the institutions and duration of attendance in his affidavit.? We will revisit the Gani suit and he must answer for his perjury . 3 Likes 2 Shares |

12Monkeys: According to which law? Please quote the section of the law that says the aspirant that came second in a primary election will automatically become the candidate if the winner is disqualified for whatever reason? If possible, cite a precedent. BAT's empty vague affidavit did not mention the certificates claimed to have been lost, the dates issued and the issuing body as well as the institutions attended in sekinh said certificates. The law requires him to have a minimum of first school leaving certificate and he listed a university degree and backed it up with an affidavit. So, what’s the issue here again? The affidavit deposited before a court and the committed entries in his INEC form are a very lame attempt at committing perjury a third time again with INEC forms. Can you explain exactly the perjury you’re talking about because I can’t see any. Even his Chicago bought and paid for fake certificate can be declared void since he would have submitted a fake primary and secondary school certificate alongside WAEC to gain admission. It is obvious you’re not even interested in the truth with this kind of silly comment. How did you come to the conclusion that he bought a fake certificate from Chicago state university when the university has severally clarified that he graduated from the school? If you think this is fat fetched remember that overzealous anti graft appointee who headed the asset recovery team for the presidency who was chased out of office and is now battling to have his law degree not withdrawn after it came out that he used a fake waec result to secure admission to study law at UNIJOS? If you are this pained about his certificate, kindly go to Chicago and tell the management of the university to withdraw his certificate. 1 Like |

The question BAT rabies babies need to answer here is: 1. If Tinubu did indeed attend any school in Nigeria why is it difficult for him to simply swear an affidavit mentioning the name of the institution? Did Tinubu not benefit from Awo:s free education policy or was he like most Yoruba Muslims who refused to attend any western school in preference of alamajiri Koran memomirazation classes? I believe Tinubu did attend school in Nigeria but not the ones he had claimed in the past to have attended. Maybe he was a dropout or maybe he wanted to catch cruise claiming Ibadan Boy's college or both. The truth is, Tinubu is required by law to provide evidence or a sworn affidavit testifying which school(s) he attended, duration of attendance and certificates attained(if any). All your useless bat squeaks will not change the fact that Tinubu is on the verge of being disqualified as a high calibre legal squad is already being assembled to challenge his affidavit claims. At the end, Tinubu will either commit a third perjury or condemn himself for the other two past perjuries. Because if he submits another institution besides the obvious frauds in 1999 and 2003, he thus has committed perjury . If still goes ahead and declare same entries he made in 1999 and 2003 he will be commuting a third perjury using INEC forms. This should be a moral story to you guys here that lies, do eventually catch up with the bearer. 2 Likes |

Re: Amaechi Will Eventually Secure The APC Ticket by 12Monkeys: 5:07pm On Jun 25, 2022 |
seunmsg: So why did he have to swear an affidavit claiming his other certificates were missing? Why does INEC form have provisions for primary and secondary school information which your Tinubu deliberately omitted and rushed to court to swear a vague affidavit without mentioning the missing certificates ? We still even have NYSC wahala waiting for him in front as he never served or got an exclusion permit. |

Re: Amaechi Will Eventually Secure The APC Ticket by seunmsg(m): 5:18pm On Jun 25, 2022 |
12Monkeys: Lol, the level of your ignorance is appalling. Amaechi contested the primary election of PDP in 2007 and won. His name was submitted to INEC by the party and later substituted with that of Omehia. The court simply ruled that since Amaechi was validly nominated and did not voluntary withdraw from the contest, he remains the valid candidate of the party and the person elected as governor. So, how’s Amaechi’s 2007 case similar in any way to Tinubu being disqualified for perjury? In the case of Yahaya Bello, the person who won the primary election died before the election was concluded. So, it’s only equitable that the party be allowed to substitute the dead candidate with another person who participated in the primary. So, how’s this case applicable here? Is Tinubu dead or what? See, I’ve engaged you enough and I can see clearly that your knowledge of law is very shallow. The only way Amaechi can become the candidate of APC is of Tinubu drops dead before the election. If not, there is no way. Tinubu is already a validly nominated candidate and only a court of law can disqualify himself. If he’s somehow disqualified as you are suggesting before the election, the simple implication is that APC will have no candidate in the election. A disqualified candidate cannot be substituted. If it is possible, APC would have simply substituted the running mate of David Lyon who was disqualified. 2 Likes |

Toks2008: It’s unfortunate we have to argue with folks like you on this forum. Is comprehension so difficult these days? You provided a link from a blog that is not credible. To make matters worse, there is no correlation between the fraudulent headline and the actual story. Tinubu did not grant the blog or any media platform any interview on the subject matter. They are all publishing whatever they like based on the form he submitted to INEC and you all can’t even reason beyond your noses. Tinubu never told anybody that he did not attend primary or secondary school. He simply left the columns empty because the law only requires that he should provide evidence of a minimum of first school leaving certificate. A university degree is already more than the minimum required so what is the noise all about? The law does not require him to provide all the details of his educational qualifications. The law simply requires he must meet the minimum and that he has done. So, what is your point again? |
