Comrades greetings!

Someone offered me a Nigerian used 2010 Coro for 4m on hp for a 30 month tenure

Another offered me Nigerian used coro 2003 for 2.1m on hp for 18 month tenure.

Based on experience which is better? Number 1 above has a tokunbo engine just fixed all things working. Number 2 has good engine too but used though in good condition

Go for the 2003 Corolla. Try and pay up within a year and get your freedom.

Notice to all drivers.

This is not the time to take trip to the following area:

Magodo shangisha and it's environs like Olowora, unilag estate etc, Opic estate, mowe, redeem, River valley estate from magodo axis.

The reason is this, the construction work going on along the Berger to Toll gate /7up bus stop is causing serious traffic in that axis.

I'd a funny experience last week after dropping a rider on indriver at Berger bus stop I got another going to somewhere around shrine for 1.950 same time I also got another trip request to Grammer school inside on Bolt. The indriver guy called in and I asked him to wait me at Hmm... What the name of that filling station b4 the pedestrian bridge again self... I was still on call with the guy when the bolt rider called in so since I'd concluded with the guy I accepted the incoming call.

A lady was calling, she requested for her mother who I supposed was going for omugwo... She begged me to pls pick her up because she has been trying for long.

Same thing the young man also said too so now im confused on whom to pickup because the age woman can't even make a request. Maybe the young man can wait and I've already arrived on indriver and have left the position since I was already driving to PU pope191 and Readadream alas others can relate right?

Okay I told the both of them to wait me at the same place. You won't believe it that it took me 46minute to get to that filling station that night how I knew was because I arrived on bolt because I was hoping on cancelling b4 the lady called.

Haa! Me I carried all of them o (4riders) the age woman, the young man with his 2 young sisters. Dropped the mama first then went to drop the young champs na so I take close work.

grin grin
Laugh wan tear me! You carried all of them! grin grin

Go for the 2003 Corolla. You'd surely have issues with the 2010 cos before you pay that 4m finish car will develop faults and you'd start spending money. Its a used car and Nigerian used at that.

Try paying off the 2.5m within a year. You'd be happy you did.

Upon all these your write up .... The most important thing is for you to have your papers......

Without social security number , you will not be able to work legally in USA .. The same for Canada ......

Now unless you enter Canada through a visa program that allows you to work once u arrive .....than a working permit is issue to you ....

Now since we can't really know for sure whether you dey in the USA or Canada ......

But if you are in the USA and you are in School. Depending on your status you use enter , I hope it is legal .. Than if not you will have to do arrange marriage to get your papers that will allow you to work.. Anything short of that you are wasting your time........

There is a strong feeling that Trump will ran again .. And if he does and win .. He will reform the immigration law that will protect out borders.......

I do support some of his immigration policy. And I do agree that some are a bit anti black or African countries .. But he needs to protect our country.. Now am not a Trump supporter , but I do support some of his immigration policy..........

So as you shouting up and down .. Try and inform others about the challenges forcing immigrants like you..........

Without a working permit in the USA , you are better back in Nigeria.......

From experience and the way you sound.. I doubt you are their legally in the USA.. I think the plan is for your friends to do arrange marriage for you..

I can go on and on ...but I will stop here for now ........

The challenges facing immigrants here are like beans, dodo & rice compare to what Uber drivers are facing in Lagos week in week out.
You are treated like a second class citizen driving Uber in Lagos, olosho will talk down on you, Estate gateman will belittle you, police & Lastma will leave agbero/nurtw buses to pin you and tow your vehicle to their office.
If You don’t have strong connection you will queue to buy fuel with your money, while some people don’t queue at all, they bring fuel to them.
To get good job you must know God or know man at the top. Even in hospital you will queue unless you know doctor/nurse.

I will rather be a second class citizen abroad, than in Nigeria. Black Americans born and brought up in U.S face the same thing.

If Tinubu becomes president then Agbero/tout will be first class citizens in Lagos.

Guys any which way you wan jappa, jappa.... in 3 months abroad your life will turn around for good.

I can go on and on ...but I will stop here for now grin

Baz001. Carry on. Lagos is truly a shit hole, until one leaves the shores of this country to developed climes , you wouldn't know what living a qualitative life means.

A friend of mine was already doing his PhD here in Nigeria, suddenly a scholarship surfaced to do MSc in the UK. He didn't consider it twice. He jumped ship straight.

A rider booked me at Ladipo Market side. I called him and told him that it would take me 9 minutes to get to his location. He said, there's no problem, that he's ready waiting for me.

The time I called him was 7:32pm. I drove all the way from Isolo road close to Mushin market to Ladipo and called the animal only for him to tell me that he has only 1500 with him.

That he has already booked Indriver and the driver accepted to go for 1500, whereas Bolt is telling him 2k plus. This man is going to Allen Avenue, Ikeja, from Ladipo, Mushin, at night and someone accepted to embark on such journey with 1500 as heavily trafficked as Ikeja can be at night.

I erroneously called him again by 7:45pm when I wanted to call my next rider that I'm at the pickup location and the nigga was still asking if it's the Bolt driver or Indriver driver. Meaning that the Indriver guy hasn't arrived 13 minutes after.

Only God knows how long he has to drive to go pick a man from Mushin to Ikeja by that time of the day at 1500 naira.

And, you want to tell me that Indriver is not for drivers without option?

I have told the people marketing Rida to me that they will have to do more than just showing destination and first time bonuses, zero commission to be able to win drivers over.

Bolt capitalized on Uber not showing destination and being strict with drivers to sell their app.

Getting drivers to leave Bolt to other platforms requires much more strategy.

One thing you need to understand is that, there are new drivers still trying to understand the job and there are the foxlish ones that has failed to learn regardless of how long they've been on the job.

Sometimes is not just about not having an option.

Someone like me, even as I don't have Bolt account again I still select quality trips. From experience I already have an idea of what price to charge on a given trip so if you like edit price I'll just skip and wait for my own.

See what I've done this morning. Like this I don go park.

Calm down let me address this issue. I stopped to have pity for drivers when they talk about low pricing. If there's one thing I have learnt about the app is, mind your business. The app or riders are not the problem, but we the drivers. Sh*t like this will keep popping on Indriver until drivers learn to have a standard. Island boys that doesn't drive on mainland, see offline airport trip to mainland and decide to do 1k trip back to island to cover fuel. The I have close I am just going home gang. The I have to remit money today gang. The I just want to use it to change position gang. Those are the ones making it look this way. If a rider put a bad price, what happen to ignoring or let them use alternative? They are some riders on Indriver I have never carried like this Pemilerin around Berger, she's infamous for her price and one driver will always take it, so be it.

Yesterday I was at Surulere, looking for 2500 towards destination to call it a day. I was seeing 2k, before jack, it is gone. You honestly can't tell people how to operate, it is their business. I waited for a while, but got what I want eventually. That is how Indriver operates. I have said it without time, anyone on Indriver should have a target, if you can meet yours, why bother?
