@Teemenzo please I want to ask is there a required number of pages for SOP? And I also is health insurance needed for application? Thank you

Your SOP/LOE is your personal story, no limit to the number of pages. You can write half page or more pages, its your story. If you have health insurance running presently, it doesn't harm your application. Canada will know you are very concerned about your well being which could eve come in handy in getting favorable decision but its not a requirement. All the best

Hello,

Haven't heard of MBS for fixed deposits except the certificate that shows the details of fixed contract. So the certificate will suffix.

Ok makes sense. I'll do this then. The money has been fixed since 2021 but moved to another bank this year cos of interest rate. It'll be a good point to state in the sponsorship letter that the money has been kept in FD for the purpose of my education yeah? Because ever since it has been fixed, only the interest has been withdrawn while the capital has been rolled over for like almost 9 months now.

Good evening good people of Naija, I want to ask if refusal is possible after Medical Request and Medical updated as passed with BVL .
Secondly my Agent has insisted I should not worry about the LOE expiration that she will write to the School when the PPR is out.
She resides in Canada I have had alot of arguments with her to differ the admission to September she insisted I should not worry that she will get a cover letter from the school when the PPR is out. I'm just confused. My application timeline.
Submission : 1st of December 2021
Biometrics: 3rd of December 2021
Medical Request :30th of March 2022
Medical updated as passed 21st of April 2022
BVL: 19th of May 2022
Till now no update. I have raised webforms yet no updates. Just worried and confused

Hi guys back to drop my landing gist, congrats to everyone who’s gotten PPR and those still waiting,God will do it for you too.

Landing Gist
Your girl is now live in Van city
I flew KLM on the 20th of June at 10pm,I had paid for an extra 23kg bag(107k),had a 9 hrs layover at Armsterdam. At the Lagos airport everything was fine except one wizard seized my frozen red oil which he later gave to my sister when they were leaving(e pained me oh).Documents requested was only ArriveCAN receipt and passport.
Arrived Amsterdam 7am as Against 5:40am that was scheduled coz the flight was delayed. No document was asked just passport and boarding pass was checked,I found a comfortable chair to sleep, connected to Wi-Fi and was able to chat with family, the 9hrs went by really fast.
Amsterdam to Vancouver:
Flight time was 9hrs 15mins,flight was good and full,I had more leg room, was able to use the Wi-Fi on board for like an hour,we got refreshments 4times!(a bit too much for me..lol).
Boarding gate, only passport and boarding pass was required nobody asked for any other documents,no resumption or enrollment question was asked from Nigeria up to this point.
Vancouver: Arrived 5:15,proceeded to the self declaration machine and the the immigration officer who directed me to the office where I’ll get my study permit, all I was asked was the letter of introduction and in less that 3mins he handed me my study permit no questions asked.Na me come dey find wetin i fit ask the guy
Then I proceeded to grab my bags, connected to Wi-Fi to notify my folks and also change some dollars to CAD so I have some cash for Taxi,in all I was out of the airport in less than 30mins.

Congratulations, I’m just surprised that much documents weren’t needed or asked for, like Covid vaccination card, school enrollment letter and the rest.. May the land favor you

You have to explain your financial plans in words and numbers in your SOP/LOE while you only upload any documents relating to finances in the POD section.

Look at schools that offer thesis based masters, check the department/faculty websites for funding opportunities and check for lecturers whose area of specialization you are interested in then shoot them a mail or go ahead to apply directly to the department but in most cases, it is advisable to get a supervisor to agree to fund/supervise you

If Fully-funded or Partial Funded masters opportunities in a Canadian University is what you are looking for as an Accounting graduate, go for thesis-based Masters in Business Analytics or related program, that's where they seem to be funding opportunities for a Non-STEM area like Finance, Accounting, Management as a whole.

Take your time to read all contents in the link below and put it into action if Interested

You did not provide information relating to the levels of proposed programs (Diploma, AdvDip, Bachelor degree) and durations. Also, you did not provide your qualification, grade and field of study.

In the absence of the necessary information, I think the cause with a Co-Op component is good.

Yes, this would mean you have honoured the terms and conditions of your admission.

You can make an affidavit. In the event that you are not able to do this, use a lawyer that knows both of you.

While the final choice would lie with you, it may be important you give more information about your current status (what job you're into now and your educational background) so that the gurus can proffer more suggestions.
