WisdomCanada:It is not that way. Supreme Court is according to which Justice is senior in terms of appointment. Ariwola is the second most senior after Mary Odili who just retired at 70. Ariwola has less than two years to clock 70 and retire. Again, a Chief Justice alone cannot determine a case. The majority of justices in a case must agree with decision before it becomes judgment of the court. As u have seen, no justice of the Supreme is under the control of a Chief Justice, they have their own individual mind on any issue m 4 Likes |

seborrhic: Ewu, you used the word "nepotic" as an adjective, I'm asking you, what does nepotic mean then? The adjective derived from nepotism is nepotistic and not nepotic, im sure tanko who you are insulting knows that, but your own mumu illiterate self doesn't |

Tanko Mohammed is a complete loser who shouldn’t have been a CJN in the first place. He played a major role in damaging our judicial system irretrievably. Imo people also got a garbage Governor thanks to Tanko or whatever his name is. After this resignation, he should call a press conference, weep for at least 30 minutes and then tell Nigerians that he is indeed a loser, and for that, he is really sorry. |
