Lol, I don’t know. Maybe a couple of hours, but definitely not 6months (You are unlikely to even get 6months on the Schengen visit visa as a first timer).

Pls i need an honest and urgent advise on a bothering issue.I applied for Uk tourist Visa is Dec 2020 through an agent who did everything that needed to be done,all i did was just go for submission…By January i picked up my passport and i was refused,i asked the agent why and he told me it’s because of the 2nd Covid lockdown,he didn’t forward the refusal letter to me because he didn’t use my email,he created a new one to that effect.
I got an offer in Uk and while i was filling a form,i am to answer a question on if i had been denied before which is YES,and i was asked to upload the refusal letter which i didn’t have.
I reached out to the agent and after about 4days of trying to retrieve the email addy he used,he dropped the letter yesterday and the reason for refusal is completely different from what i was told,it turned out to be something on ‘deception’ as stated in the refusal letter.
Right now i honestly don’t know if it’s ok to go ahead with my application which is for September intake,i just want to know what my chances are,and what can be done to fix this error.Has anyone had similar issue,how was it resolved?

@justwise and member of the house..Pls am posting for a friend.. can she go ahead with the school deposit or back out??

She’s been banned for 10 years. The refusal letter is questionable tho, too many typos. The agent sure messed up her profile with the UKVI.

Whoever is the owner of the application has been banned for 10 years. Do not bother to apply to the UK till you have finished serving out ban.
Dnt go ahead with the school deposit nor student visa.

Maybe Tuition deposit. Ask the school to confirm. Usually non refundable but ask to be sure

That means all the dates you checked are fully booked. Keep checking. You might need to move to August as I understand July is fully booked. Scroll further down July/August till you find a free slot

Try Turkish and Ethopian. I would still recommend Qatar though. If you can manage the flight and lag times. It's a very good airline and the airport @ Doha is beautiful. Good for sightseeing...

Emirates too is good. More expensive than Qatar but same quality as far as I'm concerned.

Please how is the rejection letter sent... I got a mail from TLS that a decision has been made by UKVI and another email within minutes that my application is still being processed and I will be notified as when my passport is ready... today is exactly 15 working days. I did my biometrics on 6th June.
I tracked my application now and all stages has been ticked blue... I don't understand �
