The only person that can prove the credibility and authencity of tinubu's academic qualifications Is tinubu himself not some unknown folks. If tinubu is sure he graduated from Chicago state university, he should go there and retrieve his certificate and present it to the Inec , it's as simple as that.
Those various companies you mentioned where tinubu served is not an excuse, you and I know that one can become anything in this country once he has the connections. Now, back to your question, If I loose my certificate, which I pray will never happen, I will either request for a replacement or depending on how urgently I need it, I can go to court to get an Affidavit. No constitution requires me to show the public when contesting for the post of the President.
