Ogba haa good fair of electricity and it receny changed due to tge collapse of the grid .most houses are prepaid so if no light na them looae .

That's how I moved to ogba thinking that there would be good electricity supply as I was told. I'm experiencing the exact opposite. Was told that it would improve with time, I really hope that would be soon.

Yes, the 250k is for Egbe.
Honestly, I’m still searching as well and that light is a major factor for me and likewise good road. Igando areas with good power supply are From Roundabout (coming from Ikotun) to Church bustop. Those are the areas I know of and the road is good as well. No trailers based on your post� lol I also fear them.

I’m beginning to consider the Agbara areas someone mentioned earlier.
This house hunting is not easy at all �
