Also looking for a self con in another part of Alimosho with good electricity. Based on research so far, Igando light seems to be stable now. I just can’t say how long it’ll remain stable.

I’ve lived in Egbe all my life. The light was very good until about 2months now that Nepa started showing their true colors. Now we have light for like 6-8hrs a day unlike before when we do have uninterrupted electricity for 4 days straight.
I’m speaking for Liasu Road and other areas like Agodo using “ 33 electricity”

Self con here depends on the Area and the newness of the house but you’ll see a decent one for 250k
Liasu and Synagogue area one of few places I enjoyed steady light

That’s my area and the light is no longer good. I heard about Egbeda having steady light and I’m presently exploring the area. Contacted 3 people there and they confirmed it. I was only told to stay clear off Shasha area of Egbeda. They don’t have light like other sides do.

I just rented one inside Agbara, close to those estates and companies, and it's between Lagos and Ogun. The Area is Small Road or Cashier

-The total package is 200k and annual rent is 120.
- Light is 8-16 hours per day (Pretty good from my observance)
- It's Bill, so I only pay 2k per month with other tenants.
- Bike or Napep to enter inside from Agbara is 200 but to come back outside is 150.
- Average of 15-20 minutes on road with Napep but 7-10 minutes with bike.
- There is a Road re-construction going, with asphalt covering more areas. (The road should be more free by the time they're done.)
- Houses in the area are mostly new and their are fine edifices ( gives the environment a nice look)
- The community entrance is gated

I work from home, thus barely go out. Haven't had time to observe other parts of the area that much.

Could be rocking two new shoes now and more to come, but I don't do full payment before delivery, I can pay on deliver or if at all risk half payment before delivery. but it seems you want full payment before delivery. You have to build trust at least for the first time with a new customer even though some Nairalanders have been dishonest in the past doesn't mean all are the same, well its all good, now I look and just pass you ad.
