The only way to stop this nonsense is to completely do away with PVC and let people vote with only BVN, let's come and see whether the miracle numbers originating from the North will still continue.

Because of INEC's poor database, most people have two or more PVC and it isn't even detected in their system..... Not to talk about under age registration that was one of the methods used in booting GEJ out of office.
