I'm confused here and need someone to put me through, was blocked by bolt and decided to use Uber, its been very long I registered on Uber as a driver and I've never used the app before, so today, I took my car for inspection and uploaded my documents on my profile, Uber rejected my Driver's license and said name on it doesn't match with the car documents.. the car isn't mine and wasn't registered in my name so how do I add up car that isn't mine to my Uber profile so I will be able to go online....

I doubt that’s the reason for the rejection if not 99% of their riders won’t exist. Check it very well.

Now about your blocked bolt account, what’s the reason for the blockage? If I could get my permanently blocked account unblocked last month, then I doubt yours would be different.

Have you consider is wife , in-laws and close family members seeing that online.

They tried that nonsense with me some times last year and I protested against it through several mail and uche credited my account and took his rubbish bonus.

Uber won't do that the moment you complain to them they credit your wallet immidately after investigation not asking you to report back after 7days or asking for riders account details as if drivers have access to rider bio-data.
