Why don't you quit and start a small hustle. I mean 10k salary is not just worth it. I'm sure you would make more by maybe doing other things. Look inward and try to pinpoint what you are good at. Even if it is lesson teacher, it's still better than that useless job. 1 Like |

Folks asking him to talk with the factory boss directly... It's a 50/50 situation. Since you say you didn't get uniform nor the application form.. You're only working based on gentleman agreement. They can actually sue your boss if he employs you behind their back. You talk to him, if you've been a good staff... Then tell him you want to terminate your contract with the agency... But that you will still be delighted to work under him. Suggest it. Don't demand it. But.. Your fluency in writing eh.. You deserve better o. I just pray you see that in your self too and do what you have to do to be your best self 2 Likes |

Kobicove:Reason why I said he can start as a cleaner or any other role and not necessarily the security job, with time he can then let the man know how he was badly treated and short paid so he can employ people directly, but I also know that most people use all these security outfits for the ease it provides them in carrying out background check done by the security companies. 1 Like |

Op i dnt want to wander on how u might have been maltreated or so on how minescule 10 bloody k is, on a normal 10k might not even be much enough to sub for ur internet bills in a month, dnt u pay house rent, dnt u drink water or eat? Jeez. etc. Like i said let me not wander. seek the face of the owner and explain ur affliction to him, while showing him dat ur ready to be his direct employee. if u can survive without pay, then leverage on that and quit dat damn slave trade of a security company and look for a better job.. Dats if d owner no gre hire u directly, but dey look for job becoz u no get any,na free work u dey do. you sound like someone dat ASUU strike is withholdin frm being in a lecture theater, even so guy u have a networth,ur worth more dan 10k a mnt. Nxt tym dnt underprice urself abeg. justice na for d rich 4 9ja,d company wey u wan sue go just buy d judge and na u go suffa,no do am. seriously try and get smtin doing, skill on ur own,to avoid slavetraders. bro? Beta days ahead for sure. 1 Like |

There is a serious problem in our society today especially with our youths. From this write-up, it is clear you don't feed yourself, don't pay rent nor pay any bills at all, you just want to work and earn money, for what exactly. You could also be between the ages of 17-22years. The best you should be doing for yourself now is learning a skill. Let me also assume ASUU strike kept you at home, why don't you get a skill. There is no skill that will not pay you a minimum of 1k for any service delivered. How long will you earn 10k and what will 10k do for you in this economy. 1 Like |
