Portharcourt's oil money is what they are after. If Wike is to be Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state, PDP would have sanctioned him for anti-party activities. The importance of Wike is in financing the electioneering, so as to match the money bag- BAT. Same thing Amaechi did with Rivers money for Presidency.

Wike is not importance on the basis of structure but the money speaks arrogantly in his favour. Once Atiku gets a good money bag state, he will surely ditch Wike. APC is strong financially because Lagos is also a money bag State and they have custody of it.
