Three years is not much. They may not bother asking you or considering your unemployment

Although I do have a registered company which I ran for some time(about a year) but stopped(no profit like that again). I want to ask how will I go about the work experience section when I want to apply for my visa? thanks

If your program is postgraduate ten answer NO if it is undergraduate you answer YES

Good day all. Pls i need an advice. We are a family of 3 and wifey is the MA. Unfortunately,our childs passport isnt ready now and from the looks of things, might not be ready soon (Nigerian factor). Pls can my wife and I apply now since pof is running and the cost on it isnt friendly, so that we apply for the child later. Can we both go first and come later to pick her incase the passport delays further.

Yes you can both apply, get your visa, the MA travels ahead while the partner dependant wait till the child’s visa is out and then travel to UK together - include the child in your application

I intend to mention all in the reply.

In 2019, An agent tried helping me get a Canadian tourist visa, I gave him all the requested documents but I think he ended up adding some fraudulent documents to the application and I take full blame for that as I knew little or nothing about the system at that time having just returned from Malaysia where I did my undergraduate. Blame me the more if you like though. I earned a 5 years Canadian entry ban because of that incident.

Now I intend to apply for my postgraduate in the UK hopefully by January 2023 intake. What are my chances? I intend to disclose it during the application but because some schools won’t refund deposit if visa is denied, I want to be sure of my chances before even beginning.

A ban is different from a refusal.
Very few school will give you CAS with refusal not to talk of a ban
With UKVI, past refusal is not a problem but a ban - it can go either ways

Nursing a baby isn’t a red flag for mothers (maternity)
Get a comprehensive CV explaining all your gaps with concrete employment evidence n biz (biz name registration n account etc)
The ECO has the discretionary power here

Package yourself.
Your CV should include your service year, even your freelancing can be skills gained or learned

If you don't have evidence to back it up don't out it. You need business registration and tax payment proof to mention your business to them.

The second mail stating its going to be 8 weeks before they can do anything as visiting visa

I'm just confused .. why are they saying this ?

How can a dependant visa turned to Visiting visa ?

Has anyone paid to NOTTINGHAM TRENT UNIVERSITY through FORM A?

I want to pay but invoice has become my problem. The school isn't ready to send me an invoice rather referring me to the school website to get their details

Got a collection email for my wife(dependant), she’s yet to pickup tho, I guess congratulations are in order. Biometric was done on the 16th of June. I am presently in the Uk on a study visa January 2022 intake. Cheers

Do I have a chance at all?
I intend applying from the Philippines. I have some other offers here but I want to be sure I have a chance in the UK instead of loosing on both sides.

What if your school hasn't offered you an invoice?
I am asking because my school is referring me to a web page containing their payment details.
My form A application was rejected today.
