This agents prey on the desperation of house seekers to keep inflating prices. Before you say something now, they will tell you cost of building material is now expensive, for a renovated house o. Go and build that same house, not even renovate it in Ekiti state and call it that amount if it is not goats that will be your tenants.

It’s really so annoying and unfortunately nobody in the government is checkmating this daylight robbery
