Judging from the way Peter obi handled the education sector in the past with maybe close to the 3billion was justifiable because he did a total turn around of the sector ranging from building new schools to equipping existing ones, purchase of both vehicles, generating sets and computers to the schools, rehabilitating existing but dilapidated ones. Raining of teachers etc. but since obiano came in, he never did any of that and still ran along with similar figures, the question now is, what did obiano do with the excess funds that were not used?
