This is coming from a minister, under
who more than five prisons nationwide
have been successfully attacked and
deadly criminals freed.

Truth is, you can't blame him. It's
the useless president that appointed and
keeps such ineffective characters in
positions of authority, whether they are
performing or not, that is to blame.

The nature of crimes keeps changing, but
our system of crime-fighting remains stagnant
because we have leaders with stagnant
brains that shouldn't be in charge of
Affairs in this time of our nationhood.

The first one happens you excuse it, the second follows, the third, fourth and fifth....
What it means is that all the prisons in Nigeria are fair game and clay pigeons lined up for shooting practice.
Expect more jail breaks he is indirectly saying.

Nigerians provide electricity for themselves, water, roads, healthcare, education and security.
Perhaps we should organise and provide prisons for ourselves to lock up the criminals amongst us since government cannot hold onto them.

After most prisons in the west are privately run.
The Nigerian government should privatise them asap so we know who to hold responsible.
I am certain privately run prisons will be 'designed to resist external attacks' by those who can and those who care.

The excuse given by Rauf Aregbesola is one stupid, ridiculous and annoying excuse. This also show how inept and incompetent these officials of this government can be.

The government is incompetent and inept from top to bottom; no wonder the alarming failure in major areas of the economy.

. A prison where inmates have access to phones? A prison without CCTV cameras? A prison where miilons of Naira and dollars are kept? A prison without any security alert to a nearby barracks? Imagine those that died in the line of duty especially for the failure of our leaders!
