Why Did Obi Pick A Candidate From Mauritania? by kayfra: 10:07am On Jul 08, 2022
Yusuf Baba Ahmed though born in Zaria. His Dad is an Arab from Mauritania which kind of brings into question his allegiance to Nigeria versus his indigenous country?

Though the constitution permits his nomination as VP and potential ascendancy to the office of the President, we should not be comfortable giving our second highest office (and potentially highest office) to an Arab.

Imagine if war breaks out between Nigeria and Mauritania, will he bomb his family members in Mauritania?

What was Obi thinking?

You think you're wise but you're actually not bright at all. Obama is a Blackman and his father from Kenya, yet Americans voted for him to rule the greatest country on Earth. Yet bingos without sense keep saying this one is from Cameroon and that one is from Mauritania.

How is your country today, is it not among the worst in the world? Shouldn't you be more concerned that terrorists are now in power?

Shouldn't you be more concerned that an elderly sick man who should be keeping his grandchildren company while resting 18 hours daily is rather trying to foist himself as president yet agbado urchins are supporting him.

Wasted generation!!!

We shouldn't be put in this situation any more. There are millions of indigenous Hausas up North, but he has to pick a first generation Nigerian with Arab ancestry

.

Why didn't you ask this question when he was elected as NASS member, FHoR &a Senator?

If he was born in Zaria and has his investment here in Nigeria, a university & a Hospital, what stops him from being the VP?

We've had Nigerians occupied sensitive positions in countries in saner climes.

Is he gonna lead the war between Mauritania & Nigeria if war broke out?

Please Emancipate yourself from Tribal or Ethnic mentality, focus more on personality that will help salvage this our Country.

Senator Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed is a very credible VP candidate, academically wise, Business wise, well exposed, very Young, full of energy, a straight-forward politician.

Nigeria need a drastic paradigm shift in Governance

the youths are coming

they have no manifestos to campaign with apart from their usual old tribalism and tribal card tactics.

But we'll remind them that tribalism won't bring back dollars to at least 400
tribalism won't bring back fuel to 95 naira
tribalism won't send our undergraduates back to school.
tribalism won't fix our security.
tribalism won't develop our economy.

since suffering knows no tribe or religion, since we're suffering together irrespective of our tribe and religion, it's also fair if we get it right together by sending thieves and those who thinks they can rape Nigeria TURN by TURN.
Enough is Enough!!!

2023 will be the youths vs the criminals
it won't be business as usual.

The latest release from INEC on 30th May, 2022 put voter registration as at the time as follows:
South East- 10,574,956;
South South- 14,226,471;
South West- 17,419,669.
Total South- 42,221,096.

North Central 14,388,386;
North East- 12,025,167;
North West- 21,215,186.
Total North- 47,628,739.

Gd Total- 89,849,835.

The last update of No of INEC Registered Voters of the Igbo of the South East with PVCs are as follows:

S/E Igbo with PVCs Residents- 10,574,956;
S/E Igbo with PVCs resident in the 19 Northern States + Abuja - 12,800,226;
S/E Igbo with PVCs resident in South South- 6,125,525
S/E Igbo with PVCs resident in the South West- 6,505, 555.

Total Igbo population nationwide with PVCs is 36,006262.

One can see that the Igbo of the South-East with PVCS nationwide are the highest in voter strength and spread. Well coordinated, the Igbo nation including the Igbo of Rivers, Anioma, Akwa-Ibom, Cross River, Edo, Kogi, Benue, and the very few in Bayelsa can almost alone produce the President of Nigeria.

Our friends,Senator Kwakwanso, reno mockery, Deji and Sen Dino Melaye who have been speaking derogatorily to the Igbo race, please take note.
