This is a very important observation.

If you noticed that your Gram is up to 505-gram.

Please withdraw 500-gram and leave the 5.

If you have 600-gram, withdraw 500-gram and leave 100.

What I mean is:

Don't withdraw the extra gram along with your 500-gram it may raise issues as I have noticed.

It seems like the system is program to deposit 500-gram instead of the extra.

You can use your Facebook or your Email address, but make sure any of the account you chose to use is containing your legal name..
I mean your real name, so you will not have any issues during withdrawal.
