the brakepads, exhaust, shocks, radiator and battery are all in good shape. Even the tyres are in good shape. I changed the ATF cos it's black ish. There's coolant in th radiator and I used Hardex Gold engine oil(is it good?)

As for fuel economy, I don't really notice much difference from corolla. My first car was a corolla. One thing about the car that I like is that it's a smooth ride and balanced.

I used to drive a corolla and I don't feel any difference in the money I spend on fuel. I normally buy 3k fuel every week for my corolla if I maintain my daily routine, I still buy 3k fuel every week for my Lexus.

I experienced the same with my former Car. Always dragging on acceleration but when it get to 100, it won't accelerate pass that. Turns out the catalyst had broken into pieces making it hard for the exhaust to work effectively. I was lucky it didn't end up causing damage to my engine. Get a good panel beater to check out the exhaust

both are good choice but the Toyota have many edge over Lexus due to part and the cost ,most Auto repairer are so much good in Toyota and the part are not that expensive as Lexus

Good evening house, pls my Lexus Rx330 keeps making squeaking sound which makes me think the alternator belt needs to be changed but after Changing the belt, the sound still continues, so my mechanic said to lubricate the bearings with oil as that should be the cause of the squeaking sound because the bearings are dry. After lubricating the bearings, this squeaking sound still persists and even more louder this time but the mechanic said to keep driving it for a while as the bearings are not rhymed well yet with the lubricant, that immediately they are rhymed with the lubricant, the sound will stop. Please help as this sound is so embarrassing while driving

They bought fake belt, probably another tokunbo belt that has stretch like yours. You need to get original new belt and the sound will stop

You need a break master to rerun the binding caliper.

It happens to me too when I just started driving my ES 330 last year. Until a break master service it before the piston started moving freely
