"The former minister says it is “innate dishonesty when people fluctuate their rhetorics just to suit personal interest rather than adopt a strategy for success that shapes an inclusive society.” That is valid argument! But Bola Tinubu choice of Muslim and Muslim ticket is not going anywhere. And here is why: Bola Tinubu needs to win 18 out of 19 Northern Nigeria state Plus all 6 Southwest states and the federal territory to win the presidency in 2023. Atiku Abubakar, on the other hand needs to win all states in South/South and Southeast, 12 Northern Nigeria states, plus the federal territory to win the presidency. So, when you look at the two scenarios, i rather be Atiku Abubakar than Bola Tinubu. Atiku Abubakar will sweep South/South and Southeast states very easily. He will also win at least 16 out 19 of Northern Nigeria states and the federal territory. That is the worst scenario. I have talked to many Nigerians who are more knowledgeable than me in Nigerian politics. And they say, under 1999 constitution, the criterion for winning the presidency is in favor of Atiku Abubakar. So, after Bola Tinubu completed his presidential ticket yesterday, i give Atiku Abubakar 90% chance of winning the presidency and Bola Tinubu 10%. |

Na now una day dey break. Nigeria is a country of nations with different ideologies, purpose, history, culture etc. You can't merge them together and not expect utter chaos like what we're having now. The day Nigeria breaks is when you will all know what true independence tastes like. I'm sorry for those one Nigerianists, they're the most delusional type of people out there. |

How I wished someone should help tell Ezekwesili that bigots north do not understand grammar nor any drawn manifestos u may be having in store for them, so far u protect and support their religion, thats all. This is orientation we need to give to Nigeria masses right from basic schools. A subject on 'true democracy' should be carved out thereby orientating the young ones on how to grow up to be a responsible democrat. ghettokid1: |

'It was a Country struggling to become a Nation now it struggles to remain a Country'. Imagine this kind of statement from a supposed educated person. So what should we expect of illiterates? A nation isn't forced or formed by people with selfish interest, it would never work. Nature already formed each nation, but the moment mere mortals think they can undo it, the result is this calamity called Nigeria. The earlier we go back to our individual nations, the better for us. I'm not a Nigerian abeg, Yoruba Nation has been in existence before that punk ass lugard came to do naming ceremony for y'all. |

It is more innate to think that office of vice presidency is enough to pacify the gullible Nigerians and unite Nigerians in the midst of pains and tribulations even when we have the same Christian vice president. I am beginning to see that religious bigots are growing day by day in the south than never before especially in the east. ElSudani: 1 Like |

That is bigotry in place. Any religion who told u to kill your fellow being for failing to practice the same religion with u is gradually leading u to hell. Don't be blindfolded, if Allah wants only Islam to exist he would have done that long time ago without you mortal input. Let's learn to live together in love not minding individuals differences. Kagd10: During the primary election of APC, can you name the Christian States visited by TINUBU to beg for delegates to vote him?? Tinubu married a Christian lady just to balance his greedy character that if the juice doesn't come out of Muslim, it must come from Christians ... And that has been his legacy up till today......he goes where favours him regardless of who is dying in the other side.... TINUBU is not only a religious and ethnic bigot but a greedy man at that , and the worst now is that he is being used by the Fulanis to actualize their evil Islam Agenda..... President...... Muslim V.President.......Silenced Christian Senate President ......Muslim COS........,..................Muslim House of Rep..........Muslim Attorney General...... Muslim Comptroller of Customs.....Muslim Chief of Army Staff.............. Muslim May God thwart the agenda of Islam in Nigeria and may confusion be permanent in their camps that they will begin to fight and kill themselves..... TINUBU is just a tool to be utilize .....not even regarded .......and is not seen as a Majority Muslim..... |

Nigeria is not at all burning, it is the bigots that are presently burning because of they they have bigotry mindset towards others and their religion. Any religion who told u to kill your fellow being for failing to practice the same religion with u is gradually leading u to hell. Don't be blindfolded, if Allah wants only Islam to exist he would have done that long time ago without you mortal input. And so far even population of atheists and those with no religion are more than Muslims and Christians in the world. Let's learn to live together in love not minding individuals differences. ArcSEMPECJ: You're describing Atiku, not Tinubu. Tinubu didn't marry a Christian for political sake. That's his wife. His only wife. I believe they both pray in Christian and Muslim ways together. He always says Quran and Bible coexist in his house and they're living together. Tinubu isn't a religious bigot. |

You all joined hands in voting the bigots in government into power. However, your analysis may not be completely right. Tinubu married his wife even before he joined politics and that is the only wife he has despite people luring him to marry a Muslim woman as second wife. It is Atiku that is deceitful who goes ahead marrying all tribes in the name of politics. Please understand this, Tinubu is never a religious bigot cos he has couple of time attended RCCG redeem camp program but later stopped due to incessant uproars from religious fanatics. Despite that he still supported in cash each they hold programs. All these do not make him a saint, he might have done many things wrong yet he is the visible available option before us as southerners cos most religious bigots who have much voting power will never vote Peter Obi who is the best option available now. wunderkindkayod: You're displaying bottom barrel behaviour just like the average Nigerian. You folks cry about societal injustice, and police brutality but when it's time to do the right thing you all behave exactly the same way the criminals in power do. No sane Nigerian will support Atiku after a Fulani man just did 8 years. Same way no sane Nigerian will support Tinubu after SW has done 16 years combined president and VP. But people like you will never say the truth in the name of being politically savvy. Anyway I already understood that Nigerians deserve all the terrorism, banditry, criminality and evils that befall them because unfortunately most of them are wicked and unthinking people. Keep going with your too much sense and remember there is always enough injustice to go round - it will get to your family soon and you will weep and gnash your teeth but will not find succour. 1 Like |

Conflict in Kaduna state can be dated to the inception of democratic rule, and so it has no tune of Muslim-Muslim ticket. It is a pity that we are just gradually dividing ourselves along religious line, and buhari has to be blamed for this due to his bigotry government. ArcSEMPECJ: |

A sign board outside a restaurant read: "Eat as much as you can, your grand children will pay the bill"... So, I entered the restaurant along with my CEO and ate as much as we could, got a toothpick and was relaxing when the waiter gave us the bill. We laughed, pointed to the sign board and said: "Can't you see?" "Only our grandchildren will pay. The waiter replied: "Sir, madam, this is not your bill; it's your grandparent's bill". _As we step into the election Year come 2023, think of how you will affect the unborn generation positively. (what you eat today, your grandchildren will pay for it tomorrow) "Eat wisely" Avoid Tinubu and APC to save NIGERIA. ghettokid1: |

PrincessofDSS: e pain you wella Tinubu "A Muslim" have been living peacefully with his wife (A Pastor) for many years...is far far tolerant and a unifier than a Catholic that don't go to the protestant churches , or even a Winners member that have never attended a deeper life , Anglican , Cele Church etc.,.. How many General overseers attended T.B Joshua's burial How many GOs have visited Owo after the terrorist attack ? Let's be Objective Muslim- Muslim ticket is not against the constitution , it is all over the regions both south and North we have either Muslim -Muslim , Christian-Christian, Christain-Muslim, Muslim-Christain leaders at all levels both private and Public sectors. Infact most offices both public and private sectors are dominated by Christians, those saying christians are marginalised in any way are not sincere....Even Dangote , a Northerner and a Muslim , His companies are dominated by Christians ..... The simple reason why Nigeria is underdeveloped and getting worst is simply because of "HYPOCRISY" |
