It's pretty easy but you will need to go through the process and submit the necessary documents for your visa catergory, you will also need to confirm which of the Schengen countries you are visiting.

Also I used family as sponsor...although I intend to use my uncle as POF, does he count as family ?
Can I also pay the 3k pounds for CAS from my personal account
Is it advisable without negative latter effect as I have used family as sponsor

1. You will need to confirm that from your school,must Uni's I know will expect your IELTS result is ready however there might be exemptions with a timeframe to submit it.Have you thought about other Uni's that don't need IELTS

2. Unfortunately,your uncle can't sponsor you, it's either your parents or spouse

3.Yes you can pay your tuition deposit yourself

4. As long as it falls under the answer on No 2 with proof of relationship and consent letter you should be fine

Kudos to all of you giving information here....nairaland really helped me during my visa application and I have been in the UK with my family since Sep '21.

I had hoped that I will become frequent on nairaland, helping others just as I was helped....but omo e no easy. I think it's because I have to babysit most of the time though.

Apologies for not researching well enough.
I live in the UK and I'm very aware that there are bogus agents everywhere.
My Sister wants to do her Masters in the UK but would like to come with her family. She has an HND. Which Unis admit directly to Masters with HND and accepts less deposit? Say 2000 pounds max.
Is Oanda rate accepted for school fees deposit or is it only used for POF?

You’re right. I should accept the offer on or before 30July - deadline. Tho I don’t mind writing IELTS. Which I should do in a week time. Been studying for a while.

But we discovered an error in my surname spelling (B instead of E).
Anyone had such experience? And how did you attend this.

How long will it take them to rectify the error?
Note: We were able to confirm that the error is from UKVI and not US.

Before I got my TB cert last month, I had applied for accommodation (but the school didn't offer me accommodation until yesterday), so when I was applying for TB, I used the general school address as my UK residence. Now that my school has offered me accommodation (in a specific hall with room number etc), am I supposed to apply to get the address changed on the TB cert, or is it fine as is? I will be formally applying for Visa early August, waiting for PoF to mature.

I have this issue of omission. Though it's not my surname(last name)
Name on passport and every other document is OTU MATHEW OGBONNIA but omission and inclusion in my first degree is OTU MATTHEW OGBONNA. Schools are on strike and I can't do the change. I have been offered admission into NTU.
I have asked this question before and I was calmed. Now I saw this, it tamped me up. Please, advice again

Yours is negligible. The both names mean the same thing.

Well go back to TLS and make an official complaint so they advise you. At POE, they will compare the names on the passport and that on the visa vignette. Also your BRP will bear the same name which if not correct may lead to future issues.I watched a video today of how a prospective student had two visa vignette on her passport, she had to complain about it to avoid issues. The extra was later cancelled.

no need.
I have seen couples with different addresses on tb test and police certificate.. they are in the UK. What matters on tb test is negative, dnt bring tb here.. this is only applicable to tb cert and maybe pcc.. not advisable to try this in visa application
