However, I've been checking Portal till now, eligibility review update haven't shown yet.

Do I follow up n Nairobi office with email or wait it out.

Application is 10 weeks today.

I think in that case , the review of documents of the report from MP , they are checking your application to make sure all the necessary documents is received before the application eligibility review starts...the application is going through completeness check...

If all the required documents and information is complete...
see status enquiry for (study visa) application screenshot from ircc webform below... with statement stating this..."at this time all the required documents and information has been received by the responsible office"

There's no option for form A,I contacted them for account details so I raise form A but they still referred me to paymy tuition.

I will suggest the first thing to do is to quickly ask your company's lawyer or secretary to update the company's record with the CAC to make it active since someone has pointed out that it could be one of the reasons. This should not cost up to 100k or a little more depending on when the last time the company filed a return with the CAC and it does not take too much time. This will make the VO to see the company as active next time if truly they check. Make this small no come spoil sth good.

If the MP says eligibility review has started, then it has started. For some applicants there's no status change when eligibility starts.

Please am currently having a problem with my school application, the thing is that they are asking for my official transcript from my high school and I have gap study of 4years, the only documents I have is my report card containing all my scores from sss1-3, my Waec results, and (Waec) scratch card.
We know how Nigeria schools can be, I actually went to the school I graduated from, and they told me that they don't know what an official transcript is, except my testimonial.
So guys, I know is it that the official transcript is my report or testimonial.
