Felicity001: Nice one bro, many blessings for your response. Lol, I always pick rides that I can go for, but i cancel because the indriver passengers always show up late. I will take your advice and stop calling cause that’s when they deduct my money. Thanks bro! |

Oxala: Exactly!!! Very useless clientele, lol. The way I cursed customer service ehn, I’m surprised they didn’t even block me. I’m sure they are using the refund money to invest and get profit, cause I still can’t wrap my head around the driver paying for a late customer, it’s perplexing, fvcking obtuse policy. How can I leave my house looking to make money, instead my account is just being debited by indriver, even in this fuel scarcity period. Well I’m back driving with Bolt and paying them 26% commission, chai! The Lord is our strength!!! 5 Likes |

Meanwhile, the next person that asks me “Where are you?”, will receive a dirty slap!! When you try to educate them that they can monitor a drivers position on the app, they now get annoyed and cancel. Only few educated people will monitor you and even call you if you haven’t moved or are taking a wrong route. but why are Naija people like this sef “Oga where are you?” I was so tempted to say, “I’m in your mothers yansh” 5 Likes |

Guys, who else observed that indriver doesn't show the estimated time to reach destination of a trip request. They only show the estimated time to get to the rider which is Point A and doesn't show the estimated time it will take you from Point A to Point B. And you won't even be able to know the exact area the rider is going as well, you only see the Destination address but you can't tell if that Destination is to mainland or to sango side of mainland 1 Like |

chiboy1116: I've been in the repairs business and I'm still going back into it because there's a lot of potentials in it. But let me school repairpal on this that I've learnt overtime; customer relations is something you MUST NOT JOKE with in the repairs business be it computers, Phones, electronics or even cars. If you'd be running at loss to make sure you satisfy your customers, you must do it because trust me, you'd make your money back as long as you have a good brand. Damages could occur and it occurs many times especially when you're still small and you have to outsource but its not your customer's fault if it does. They MUST get value for their money and you (repairpal) must ensure it! Having customers drag your brand in the mud like this is not good for your business and we can see at least three people coming out already to testify to your doings. I'll implore you repairpalng pls I'm begging you ensure you resolve all these issues pls. Sincerely if you call them and explain to them they'll reason you too, some of them may not even collect their money back but seeing you come out plain to them and your willingness to correct every wrong will make them give you a good name so please handle these issues well. Trust me, I've been there before, but I know a lot better now, when issues like this come up it can be drainning and you may not even know what to do especially when you don't have money or enough money to do refunds cos most certainly you've used their money for other things, its part of the business. So pls, call them up, APOLOGISE, explain things to them and discuss how you intend to right the wrongs on ground pls. You can only get away with these things for sometime if you're restricting your business to computer village only (last last they won't come to your shop again) but as long as you're building an online brand brother, TAKE CUSTOMER RELATIONS VERY VERY IMPORTANT! MAY YOU NEVER LABOUR IN VAIN MY BROTHER! GOD BLESS YOU. 8 Likes 1 Share |

whatisthetruth:Once I hear that I end the nonsense call but if I am tired and want to do what will make me reinvigorate I'll start playing. Once I hear Oga where are you? Madam I am in my car, you want to come and meet me here? I did it one Sunday and the woman provoked, she thought I will be begging her because it's an airport trip. Madam where am I coming to pick you, she kept asking where am I? That she wants to know first, I vex end call. Next request came in, bobo wan go lacampagne Tropicana. I call the guy immediately because it was a Sunday, told him I can't go there online. He was asking how much, I told him to wait fist that I am coming got there after much much we bargained 20k for go and come from Diamond estate I was like this is better for me at least I will be going home with at least 15k. We got there guy say I must go in with them, he spent 70k for our flexing because he came with his girlfriend. I didn't bother about money again because I have enjoyed my money but he still paid. I sabi play with riders if I don tire , you'll get to their gate they will be asking you your name again, like didn't you saw the name on the app? Kaii, Nigeriana eeeehh 5 Likes 1 Share |

whatisthetruth: The truth is this, from my experience driving with all major apps indriver's developers are very very smart thing guys followed by Uber. Indriver app if you understand very well as a driver with many cheat you would agreed with me her developer actually thought outside of the moon b4 writing the programs for that app. First, immidately you accept a ride on indriver the 10% commission is already waiting to be charged and once you arrive with the passenger indicated they're coming you are already been charged for that trip, paraventure you didn't embark on the trip for some reasons and you cancel the ride, (1) the commission already charged will either be refund after 30days or thereabout or may not be refund at all. The reason for this is that, some drivers out of greed still cancel yet embark on the ride offline only to be refunded after a month or 7days. Poverty minded men. So indriver developer understands this tricks many drivers use reason for that long wait refund so instead the wise once will simply just go on the trip instead. So the best way to bet the system is not to arrive at all making sure your rider is prompt to PU b4 arriving even after getting to the PUP, so immidately you accept the rides get you facts cleared b4 moving to PU, some times I even arrive at the point where I accept the ride base on our convo over the phone to hold down the rider so they don't cancel and request another because once they do your chances of getting that same trip is slim. This is why some riders will get angry a driver arrives even b4 getting to where they are. So the point is, if you have doubt a rider will take too much if your time in coming out, first don't move, and if no call or nothing from them in terms of communication after accepting the ride then arrive and wait that same plont 5min then cancel because some riders are mischievous. Your money will only take 4-7days to come back to you Know the modus operandi of a system so you can know how to beat it to your own advantage The only problem.with indriver is the fare, out if that every other aspect is well thought out. Kudos to the developers of the app. |

Olayetan: About the address thing, not all the time... It's the app address data base that set address... Those are some of the areas they need to improve on. Some addresses don't show the LGA the rider is going to only the street or exact address. So what I do is I expand the map to assertain that. But that stupid app what's the name again? Forgotten... You can't expand the app and their request always come without LGA... I deleted the app a long time ago As for the the time on arrival to point A, the minimum time is 3minutes even if rider is right inside your car. But base of the Nigeria factor Gmap can never be actual, even the A to B points is not usually correct as well. |

Gentlelife50: Though some riders can be petty but asking where you are is not a crime. Some may ask so they can give you proper direction. Some streets na water full there, map will sometimes take you to the back of someone's house. Abeg no dey drink with riders, I cannot do justice for lagbaja oh. 1 Like |
