Lol.. Lagos needs to do better. You don't just wait year in year out and wish away the same challenge of flooding. Many buildings must make way for the master plan of a true mega city. You cannot live in a city surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and expect it not to be taken over by flood from time to time. However, Nigeria needs to be decentralised to control the population explosion happening in Lagos. Everyone should not live in Lagos because they want greener pastures. The federal government should collaborate with other states in Nigeria to move key government institutions to their state and encourage private companies to relocate to those locations for incentives like 3-year tax holidays. 1 Like 1 Share |
