that issue is common with led tv. The light issues can be fixed for less than 10k. I have fixed mine 3 times.. 4k in 2015, 7k last year and was surprised when I ficed it 4k last week... I was expecting like 9k.. so you can try somewhere else, with less than 10k..you should be good to go

I doubt. They entire light can't spoil at once. There are over 20 light there and all can't just spoil at once.

The thing is, once one of the light spoil the others will stop working until that one is fixed.

also, microsoft specifically advises against installing windows 11 on anything older than an 8th gen intel cpu. yoy have installed windows 11 or a 3rd gen intel cpu. there may be performance issues. it is better to install windows 10 on a system that old [10 years]
