They only report the ones that are visible. Who kept the money for Ibrahim Abacha, who died in a plane crash? That person is not on the list. It is common knowledge in Nigerian politics that the person was told to not bother with returning the money by Abacha's family.

Abacha chopped money but he did better for the economy than Buhari. Security situation was also far better. It will be difficult for democracy to work in Nigeria. What we need is a benevolent dictator like a Gaddhafi for Nigeria to move forward.
