I know of a couple who had to adopt after 10yrs of waiting, 6 months later she got pregnant without any effort and gave birth to twins, in her case was it IVF?

Allow people to rejoice and give their testimony however it suits them cos carrying a pregnancy to term and the birthing process is a miracle on its own.

I understand you but they still don't owe anybody the details. Anyone with a fertility problem should consult a doctor. Ivf may not work for everybody. It's better to get a recommendation according to your own situation.

With IVF, you can select the number of kids you want and end child bearing right there while the other (natural) is busy making permutations on number and gender.

So when you try to conceive naturally for 6 months and you fail to get a positive result, do you turn around to thank your husband's sperm on social media when you eventually conceive after 8 months of trying?

If it is compulsory to appreciate someone, make sure you also thank the doctors that prescribed Zinc and the other supplements that helped your fertility process. Make sure you also appreciate the fruit seller on social media. Abi you did not take fruit and zinc??
