We received our birds today. Brooding start and we put glucose & center multivitamin in water for them. We lost 2 during transit but there has been no mortality on farm yet.

Day 4 : brooding still ongoing, mortality at farm 0 but mortality during transport 1 and 1 broke her leg inside cartoon. Tray feeders have been changed to wooden feeder to conserve feed.
Upcoming Lasota 1 at Day 5 and Gumboro 1 at Day 7

Our bird are very weak because of the debeaking and they had coccidiosis when we did the debeaking so after giving them vitamins + glucose we introduce them to embazin forte for 3 days then clean water today and tomorrow then another 3 days of embazin forte to complete the dosage.

One of them has this blood stain in it eyes yesterday so we isolated it then still put it on embazin forte then after some time the blood cleared then this morning the eyes had liquid in it. Anybody have an idea what is wrong with it and it is also very weak.

Our birds are 8weeks and 4 days

Help pls can someone help me my pullet are having strong CRD and their face is swollen, thick catarrah coming out of their nose, making loud noises at night and raising their mouth up like they have difficulty breathing. Amoxicillin, oxytetracycline, erythromycin, spiramycin, lincomycin, quinolones, norfloxacin, enrofloxacin, levofloxacin, tiamulin, levofloxacin.

For E coli that may accompany crd, add colistin or Neomycin to any of the above drugs.

You have to reduce environmental stress too for drugs to be effective. Avoid overcrowding, high or too low temperature, dust and ammonia smell from droppings. Warning: Ammonia smell from droppings will keep causing disease outbreaks. Keep their pen clean and don't allow droppings to accumulate.
