That's the thing. Only a fool remains adamant on his choice in the face of overwhelming new evidence.

Now we have a president who spends more time being in shock after each terror attacks than actually acting to stem the insecurity problem. Saying VP rarely or carries not electoral value is being clever by half. In 2015 Osibanjo was brought in to garner votes from the Christians and it worked to some extent, Jonathan was brought in to garner votes from SS/SE and it worked even though the machinery of govt played a hand, Sambo was seen as a moderate person to complement the ticket of GEJ and it worked, I can't talk about Ekwueme I don't know much about the event of that era.
In NE Borno, Yobe have large voting population and they're dominated by Kanuris and Shettima is of Kanuri and a descendant of Mai Idris Aloma him being on the ticked guarantees about 1-2m votes in NE which is Atiku's perceived stronghold.
