Nah, don’t use my line. I have told you countless times that you don’t read grin

Ok, I don’t read. That doesn’t change the fact that you are helpless in defending your point.
I admire your coping mechanism.

The fact that you keep saying this shows why Larride knew better than to continue with you. And the sad part is, the fact is still being lost on you.

Special Agent Moss is an IRS agent. IRS's jurisdiction is money-laundering OF ALL TYPES. Special Agent Moss was brought in because his specialty is in knowing if an account is being used to launder narco money.

Wonders shall never end. What exactly is the issue?
You are saying his jurisdiction is money laundering of all types. I said he is investigating money laundering associated with narcotics trafficking.

So what exactly is your issue?

My friend, shut up. Is he there because of the narco or because of the money laundering? Why do you think I asked you why your joke was money laundering IndecentStar and not narco-trafficking IndecentStar?

I hope you have a bottle of coke nearby? Because you are exhibiting signs of hypoglycemia.

Android17 - “ IRS's jurisdiction is money-laundering OF ALL TYPES”

Agent Moss of IRS - I am experienced and trained in how persons in narcotics trafficking launder money.

Homesteady - he is investigating money associated with narcotics trafficking.

Since Android17 is now going into hypoglycemic shock and can’t communicate coherently on what the difference is , someone should help.

I'll usually let people begging for a way out to have it. But not when they have done stronghead for long - no way.

If the IRS charges a person to court will it be based on narco or because of money?

Stop with the fake humor. You are trapped and I won't allow you fake your way out of it.

Nature of suit - Drug related seizure of property.

It was IRS Special Agent Moss that brought the complaint

Italy is the most unstable country in Western Europe.

Italy, Israel and Japan, I have stopped keeping track of the names of their Prime Ministers. Anyday you wake up, they could have a new one

Sometimes I wonder if I'm living in a bubble. Not one single person I know around me is supporting Tinubu. I mean not even one! Both from the work place, my friends and my family. I've seen PDP but the PDP guy is leaning PDP purely on the basis that he feels that voting Obi will indeed be a waste of vote needed to oust APC. Rest assured, I'm working on him.

But I can tell you that over 100 people I've spoken to, not a single one has told me they're voting Tinubu. None of my contacts are supporting or posting support for Tinubu.

For the Tinubu supporters, can you say you've never seen an Obi supporter offline? Or on your WhatsApp status?

When I was in primary school and Giulio Andreotti (Mr Italy) was prime minister (his 3rd time and 7th cabinet) there had been more than 40 different governments in the 45 years since World War 2.

I think it is now 69 governments since the end of the war. An average of 1 government per year. It all stems from their chaotic proportional electoral system which they have recently started trying to eliminate.

Italy is even worse. They have had about 60 cabinets in the same time that Israel has had about 40.

Google Aldo Moro, Giulio Andreotti, Romano Prodi, Silvio Berlusconi. I am sure there are more less well known ones. They turned prime ministerial position into Esusu chairmanship that people rotate amongst themselves.

Do you know what makes me sad in all these? You had every chance to just accept that this is not your turf or area of interest and I would have let you off. But lai lai, NLders must prove they know something in an area that they know eff all.

Now let me educate you. The IRS Special agent Moss did not bring a complaint. He was the leading witness in BATs case because he is the guy who specializes in money laundering as it involves narcotics.

The state was trying to get Akande etc and knew that getting the person who was helping launder money for them would help. That person, the suspect, was BAT. Since, to them, BAT only came in when it was time to launder the money, they got this IRS agent to review his accounts and let them know if he saw anything suspicious. He did. That is why the court paper says he presented an affidavit. Read up on affidavits. The person bringing the complaint or plaintiff is not Agent Moss. That person is the district attorney or DA and his name is Michael J Shepard. Ask anyone with a working knowledge of the US or the law. They'll tell you that it is the DA that is the plaintiff in cases like these.

The DA would also have presented a DEA agent as his leading witness in the case of the other guys. The only reason you are not reading so much about that person is because the state could not prove BATs direct involvement in selling the drugs itself. In fact, they could not prove his involvement in terms of laundering. If they did, BAT would have forfeited more than 460K. He would have lost the other 1M as well as done jail time.

Stop arguing like some incorrigible troll. Come on, this is 2022. Evidence is attached.

Wow ! Didn’t know Italy political scene was that unstable o. But does the frequent change of government not affect their economy ? I mean with different government coming up with its own economic policies , does it not affect them as a country ?

Of course it does to an extent. You are not likely to find Italy in Top 15 in Europe in GDP per capital or Human Development Index. But apart from the government being unstable it is also corrupt, so that also contributes.

Yeah, I know about their corruption . It was the calciopoli scandal that opened my eyes back then to how corrupt their society is .

Consider Berlusconi took 9 of those years and you'll see the average lifespan of a Prime Minister is less than one year

Depends on your location. You won't find an APC supporter in SE and SS. Even Buhari knows those zones are the 5%

Nigeria, Italy, Iraq and Afghanistan are a pointer to the fact that a country where people pledge allegiance to tribal leaders and corruption is rife is better ruled by a strong man who will hold the country together, or a confederacy of some sorts that limits the influence of federal power.

Ohanaeze:Ndigbo need the type of leaders like APC Presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who has worked hard for the South-West to regain control of mainstream politics. Tinubu was fair to all in Lagos as governor.

“He introduced all tribesmen in governance and empowered them, and it’s not late for South-East governors and leaders to emulate him. This is the best way to regain control of the political spectrum of the East, which is in the hands of non-state actors.”

Nigeria, Iraq and Afghanistan need dictatorships never mind strong man.

There are two Italys, North and South. The North is extremely wealthy, very industrial, advanced manufacturing etc while the South is poorer than the average EU country, very corrupt and always cutting corners. I don't know why they haven't done a martial plan for the South like how West Germany absorbed East Germany and brought them up to standard quickly. Maybe lack of Govt continuity contributed to that.

That said, I don't see frequent leadership change in an egalitarian society as a bad thing, although Italys is too much. I actually prefer Parliamentary democracy to Presidential democracy, it helps to moderate things and prevents one strong executive leader from going rogue. If the country fück up, that means we all fück up by consensus, rather than one Presidents whims and caprices being the be all and end all.
