Stay away from that school for your own good. They are bloody scammers that would seize a huge chunk if not all of your tuition if you are not careful, when you eventually seek a refund. Anything WSZIA should be avoided.
By merely reading their refund policy you will have an idea of what you are getting yourself into.

He wants to know if it is only required to get visa or if they would ask him to show proof of fund when he lands…please this is very important as the person has saved 80%and wants to see if he can borrow the rest and send it back to the person he borrowed from when he lands….thanks

And please can one still do authentication at polish embassy during visa application

Authentication of document is done at MOFA AND MOE and it will take you 2 to 3days or more depending on the link you use
Yes you can legalise your documents during your interview and it cost 30£ per document
Just make sure there is no difference in your name on all your credentials, if at all dere is ,go for afidavit of reconciliation of names and submit the original copy along with your documents
