Hello guy good afternoon pls help me, anybody with experience about stds how should i go about the cure pls, this is my first time having sex and i contacted stds the following day, i feel pains on the cap of my penis and there is this white yellowish fuid coming out of my penis, earlier today i had abdomenal pain but it stopped pls guys can anyone prescribe a stds drugs for me pls, thank you
